The Fire Fighter Robot using Arduino aims to address fire accidents more efficiently and safely. According to the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB), fire accidents caused over 1.2 lakh deaths in India between 2010 and 2014. When a fire breaks out, we often rely on human resources to rescue people and extinguish the fire, which poses significant risks to human lives.
By leveraging advancements in robotics, we can replace human firefighters with robots, significantly enhancing the safety and efficiency of fire-fighting operations. These robots can tackle fire emergencies without putting human lives in danger, improving the overall effectiveness of fire response efforts.
In this project, we will build a Fire Fighter Robot using Arduino. This robot can automatically detect fire and activate a water pump to extinguish it. The Arduino platform allows us to control sensors that will sense heat or flames and trigger the robot to move toward the fire source. Once detected, the robot will engage the water pump to extinguish the fire, thus eliminating the need for human intervention in dangerous situations.
By developing such robots, we can revolutionize fire-fighting technology, making it more effective and safer.
